STUDY AREA
The Carlos Botelho State Park (CBSP) is a protected area in Brazil, located in the southwest of the São Paulo State, being one of the largest remnants of Atlantic Forest with 2,000 km² of continuous forest.
In addition to the wild carnivores of PECB, our study covers domestic animals (cats and dogs) and the human population living in the city of São Miguel Arcanjo (Abaitinga e Gaviões neighborhoods).
